1. Who we are
ThirtyEight Marketing Inc. (“ThirtyEight”, “we”, “us”) operates thirtyeight.io. We provide pay-per-lead marketing services to businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, company and message.
Information about your visit. With a form submission we also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an ad or campaign link, the campaign details in that link (for example UTM tags or an ad click ID from Google, Meta or LinkedIn).
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether our services are a fit.
- To follow up with you about the services you asked about.
- To understand which of our marketing brings in enquiries.
- To keep the website secure.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Consent
By submitting the contact form you consent to us collecting and using your information as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@thirtyeight.io. We will then stop contacting you, subject to any legal obligation to keep certain records.
5. Where your information goes
Contact form submissions are not stored on this website. They are sent directly to our customer relationship management system, HighLevel (LeadConnector), where we manage enquiries. We also use Hostinger to host this website and Google Fonts to display its typefaces, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you view the site.
These providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. We only use providers that are required to protect it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage any business relationship that follows, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
7. How we protect it
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), form submissions are passed on without being stored on the website, and access to our CRM is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you arrive from a campaign link, the campaign details are held in your browser only for the rest of that visit, so they can be attached to your enquiry. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy.
9. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thirtyeight.io and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the privacy commissioner in your province.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed.
